He is lecturer at Universidad Nacional de San Martín, Universidad Abierta Interamericana, Universidad de Buenos Aires, FLACSO-Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and Universidad Nacional de La Plata.
Gustavo Basso. is Engineer in Telecommunication, lecturer of Musical Acustics and of Physics at Facultad de Bellas Artes, UNLP and lecturer of Acustics at University of Buenos Aires. He is author of the following books: Percepción Auditiva (Ed. de la UNQ, colección Música y Ciencia, 2006-2009) and Música y Espacio: ciencia, tecnología y estética (Ed. de la UNQ, colección Música y Ciencia, Compilador, 2009). Between the years 2006-2010 he has collaborated in the Master Plan-UPE for the restoration of the Teatro Colón.

Silvia Español. has a PhD in Psychology from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. She is a researcher at Consejo Nacional de Investigaciones Científicas y Técnicas (CONICET), and lecturer at Universidad de Buenos Aires and FLACSO. She has published “Cómo hacer cosas sin palabras” (A. Machado, 2004) and “Time and Movement in Symbol Formation”, in The Cambridge Handbook of Socio-Cultural Psychology (Cambridge University Press, 2007), among many other works. Her research focuses on social-cognitive development. She is vice-president at SACCoM.
Rubén López Cano. has a Music Degree from UNAM (México) and a PhD in History and Music Science from Universidad de Valladolid (Spain). He is professor at Escola Superior de Música de Catalunya, and Universidad de Valladolid. Isabel Martínez. has a PhD in Psychology of Music from Roehampton University, UK. She is lecturer of Audioperceptiva and Metodología at Universidad Nacional de La Plata. She is guest professor at Universidad Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia and at Universidad Distrital de Bogotá.She is researcher and director of a research group on the Project “Cognición Corporeizada: Ontogenesis, Percepción y Performance” at Universidad Nacional de La Plata. She has published many peer reviewed research articles. She is founding member and current president of SACCoM. She is editor of Epistemus Magazine. Her main area of interest is the study of embodied music perception and cognition.
Ricardo Minervino. has a PhD in Cognitive Psychology from Universidad de Salamanca. He is lecturer at Universidad del Comahue and researcher at Consejo Nacional de Investigaciones Científicas y Técnicas (CONICET). Diana I. Pérez. has a PhD in Philosophy from Universidad de Buenos Aires. She is lecturer at Universidad de Buenos Aires, and researcher at Consejo Nacional de Investigaciones Científicas y Técnicas (CONICET). Her studies focus on Metaphysics of the Mind and the Philosophy of Psychology. She has published the book La mente como eslabón causal (1999) and the compilation Los caminos del naturalismo (2002), amongst many other works. She has co-edited Cuestiones filosóficas. Ensayos en honor de Eduardo Rabossi (2008) and Cuestiones mentales. Debates filosóficos contemporáneos (2009). She has been granted with Houssay (2003) and Konex (2006) Prizes.
Favio Shifres. has a PhD in Psychology of Music from Roehampton University, UK. He is a pianist and orchest director at UNLP. He is lecturer at the Universidad Nacional de La Plata, Universidad de Buenos Aires, FLACSO, and UPTC. He is guest professor at Universidad Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia and at Universidad Distrital de Bogotá. He is editor of Epistemus Magazine and member of the scientific commitee of the following magazines: Performance on line and Cuadernos de Música, Artes Visuales y Artes Performativas. He is founding member and former president at SACCoM. His major research interests are the communication between interpreters and listeners, and the development of musical ear in professional musicianship.
Gustavo Vargas. has a PhD from Universidad de León. He is Licenciado en Gestión Educativa and Profesor Nacional de Musica. He is lecturer at Universidad Nacional de Rosario and at Conservatorio Superior de Música "Astor Piazzolla". He is a member of the Dirección de Curricula del Ministerio de Educación de la Ciudad de Buenos and Inspector at the Dirección de Educación Artística de la Provincia de Buenos Aires. His research work is focused on curricula development, teaching music in general education and teaching musical language to musicians.
